EXPERIENCE

  • Leading the design and data analysis of a survey that informed a nonprofit financial services provider’s plans to expand access to culturally and geographically diverse underserved constituents

  • Preparing a literature review and field scan to help a large regional foundation do more to center equity in its leadership development programming

  • Conducting targeted desk research that helped a Federally Qualified Health Center fill gaps in its ecosystem analysis and refresh its strategic plan to serve people experiencing homelessness

  • Documenting lessons for a multi-year DEI capacity building program with a statewide network of 50+ early childhood agencies to center racial equity in its leadership for systems change
